Can I Call To Place An Order Over The Phone Instead Of Online?
Absolutely! Our phone number is (304) 529-2551. If you would like to make a purchase over the phone, or simply have questions, we'd love to help! Just call between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, and/or 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
We can accept all major credit cards over the phone.

Shipping Method
We ship standard orders via the USPS; and can provide a tracking number for packages upon request. If you have any questions about your order or shipment, please contact us.

Out Of Stock Knives
Unfortunately, it does happen from time to time. Occasionally our online inventory is subject to a miscount.
IF you order a knife that turns out to be out-of-stock, we'll gladly work with you to find a suitable replacement or refund your money.
